Is this a licensed Ayurvedic product?
Yes. Our products are made under Ayurvedic manufacturing licence GA/903/A, and the flagship spray is vegetarian and sodium-free.
Where do I find the ingredients and directions?
On every product page. Each one lists the full ingredient list, the key benefits, how to use it and the applicable disclaimer — nothing is held back in a proprietary blend.
When will my order arrive?
If the product is in stock we aim to dispatch within 3 working days of confirmation or payment verification. After dispatch, delivery is generally 5–7 working days depending on your PIN code and the courier. These are estimates, not guaranteed dates.
Can I pay cash on delivery?
Yes, to serviceable locations across India. Paying online is priced a little lower — both prices are shown on the product page before you order.
What if the parcel arrives damaged or something is missing?
Email us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the opened package. After verification we will normally arrange a replacement or resend the missing item.
How do I reach an actual person?
